About the Role as a (Indigenous Identified) Case Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims with care and accuracy
- Review medical, financial and rehabilitation reports to support decisions
- Work closely with injured individuals, health providers, employers and internal teams
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting legislative requirements
- Help people return to health and work with dignity and support
What You'll Bring
- Experience in claims management, workers compensation, insurance or call centre roles highly preferred
- You identify as an indigenous professional
- Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
- High levels of empathy, resilience and professionalism
- Allied health or psychology background highly regarded
