About the Role

The Sales Associate will be the face of our brand in our stunning new display homes in Kialla. This client-facing role is a dynamic blend of hosting visitors and providing vital support to our sales consultants with a variety of tasks.

While this is ideally a full-time position, we are open to discussing part-time or flexible arrangements for the right candidate. Please note that weekend availability is essential.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the display home in pristine condition, ensuring it is always clean, tidy, and inviting.
  • Providing informative and enthusiastic tours of the display home, highlighting its key features and benefits.
  • Answering general inquiries about G.J. Gardner Homes and our building process.
  • Nurturing all leads that are not yet qualified by maintaining regular contact.
  • Forwarding qualified leads to the appropriate New Homes Consultant for further discussions and sales process.
  • Regularly posting house and land packages on REA and Domain to attract potential customers.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings when required and all other mandatory company meetings.

About You

  • Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your excellent communication skills allow you to initiate conversations with ease and build genuine relationships.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organised with a keen eye for detail, and you're efficient using technology and CRM systems.
  • Team Player: While you thrive working independently, you are also a collaborative and supportive team player.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly regarded.
  • Weekend Availability: You are available to work on the weekends.
