**Job Overview**:
As a Floor Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited too;
- Supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations
- Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
- Supporting the team on the floor by welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring each guest is satisfied
- Cash-ups/reconciliations at the end of shift

**About YOU**:

- Comfortable with the travel to **Randwick**
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of cash handling and till opening/closing procedures
- A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Demonstrate an advanced leadership approach and goal driven
- Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
