  • Cookery qualification

  • Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain)

  • 1+ years in a Sous Chef role

  • Passion for the role

  • Australian working rights

  • Current drivers' license and vehicle

  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check (at cost of CCLC)

  • Good availability across trade hours
