About the roleOur Systems Operations Specialists Team are the freakishly talented team who provide systems & application support to both AC3 and our customers. This team is critical in ensuring that operational activities are managed to an exceptional level to minimise risk for both AC3 and our customers. As a member of this team, you provide unparalleled technical and customer service to our customers.
You will be responsible for
- Manage, maintain and improve the Wintel Systems & Apps services for AC3 and customer systems
- Monitor performance of key components, solutions and services
- Review client's deployments and practices and advise them on how they could better it
- Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers
- Implement and maintain Windows based operating systems, hypervisors and application support process
- Work on AC3 and customer related project activity as required
What you'll need to be successful
- 5+ years' extensive experience in a similar Systems Administration/Infrastructure Engineer role - typically with an MSP/Integrator servicing small-to-large clients including working within multi-tenanted environments
- Windows Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, Exchange, M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and DFS
- Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure VMs, or Public Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure desirable but not mandatory
