Myer is looking for a Media Specialist – Programmatic to drive the in-house implementation of paid programmatic campaigns across social, display and video channels. As we move programmatic media in-house, you'll play a pivotal role in campaign planning, optimisation and performance to ensure we deliver against key marketing goals.

About the role:

• Hands-on responsibility for day to day operations and implementation within Paid Social and Programmatic Display/Video – planning, ad ops, campaign/budget management, reporting, optimisation and analysis
• Manage media plans and respond to briefs
• Traffick and implement campaigns within programmatic buying platforms (CM360, DV360, Meta/TikTok Ads Manager) and manage/optimise budgets accordingly
• Deliver post campaign analysis to ensure learnings are clearly communicated and considered for future campaigns
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure efficiency is maximised in terms of campaign operations and planning
• Liaise with external suppliers, including key media partners, martech vendors and external agencies to ensure campaigns are successfully delivered
• Stay on top of consumer and industry trends to adapt and help inform successful campaign planning and activation
• Assist with other key projects and processes as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of marketing communications across the Myer team

About you:

• 2+ years' experience working within paid programmatic media – Social, Display and Video
• 1. Demonstrable hands-on experience using a Demand Side Platform such as DV360 to manage programmatic Display and Video campaigns at scale, as well as Meta and/or TikTok Ads Manager platforms for Social.
• 1. Proficiency within ad serving and analytics tools such as Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics; an understanding of campaign tracking and measurement
• 1. A strong understanding of the media landscape and the role paid programmatic digital channels can play within broader marketing campaigns
• 1. Highly organised with very strong attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns at once
• 1. Numerate, Highly analytical and driven by data; always asking 'why' and looking to test and learn
• 1. Good problem solving skills – able to think laterally and learn quickly to identify and fix issues as and when they arise
• 1. Strong communication skills and comfortable liaising with stakeholders of all levels
• 1. Agency experience highly desirable, but not essential
