Soak Tank Australia is an Australian owned and family operated business that supplies Soak Tanks to all types of Commercial kitchens around Australia. A Soak Tank helps the restaurant staff maintain their cookware that is difficult to clean by soaking their grill plates, oven racks, pots, pans, etc.

This position will require you to travel around South East Queensland and Northern NSW in a company van.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly servicing (Clean Soak Tank and water changes) at long standing customers.
  • Repairs on Soak Tanks, basic disconnect / reconnect
  • Soak Tank delivery and installs.
  • Refurbish used Soak Tanks
  • Unloading shipping containers
  • Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
  • Occasional interstate travel may be required

About you

the ideal candidate will:

  • Must have current full Australian Working rights.
  • Must hold a valid Australian drivers license.
  • Clear police check
  • Have experience using power tools.
  • Hold a current Forklift license (ideally but not necessary).
  • Be technically minded.
  • Comfortable using an iPad/laptop for a CRM (writing job notes, checking tasks off, managing own work calendar).
  • Reliable, punctual, great communication and customer service skills
  • Ready to start ASAP
