About the Role
As a
PR Account Manager
, you'll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients across
PR, communications, public affairs, and government sectors
. This role blends elements of
client management, customer success, and PR advisory
, giving you exposure to high-impact work.
You will:
- Build
strong, trusted relationships with clients across PR, comms & government - Support
day-to-day account delivery — onboarding, training, problem-solving, and adoption - Interpret
media trends, help clients understand insights, and flag emerging issues - Collaborate
internally to deliver value, refine reporting, and identify growth opportunities - Act
as the go-to partner for guiding clients through the platform and best practices
Ideal
for an experienced professional in the media monitoring space, or a junior PR/Comms/Gov role, ready to enter the
media-tech space
.
Career Path
Within 12–18 months, you can progress into roles such as:
- Senior PR Account Manager
- Commercial/Account roles (commission-earning)
- Strategy & insights roles in communications or public affairs

About You
You're energetic, curious, and passionate about the world of
