Our client is a well-established and successful importer and distributor of industrial equipment for the construction, manufacturing and entertainment industries.  They are seeking a proactive and motivated person to join and support their small and dynamic Sales Team.  You will be providing a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships and selling products to re-sellers and agents across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Handling all general phone and website enquiries
  • Providing product information
  • Preparing and following up quotes
  • Fulfilling sales orders
  • Liaising with warehouse team
  • Updating and management of database
  • Escalating any complex issues

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Solid internal sales experience
  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role selling industrial products
  • Competent computer skills and previous experience with an online sales CRM such as Zoho or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Top interpersonal skills

This is a full-time office-based position Monday to Friday, located at Revesby (parking provided).  The salary guide is up to $85,000 + Super (dependent on experience).
