Our client, based in Mount Druitt is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This role is a great opportunity to join a wonderful team, on a temp to perm basis reporting to the Sales Team Leader and will be responsible for facilitating the timely and efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.

The role is based in Mount Druitt, in a friendly office team environment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Attend to incoming Customer enquiries without referral
- Check Sales Orders for accuracy prior to release
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Customers
- Recognize and respond to any possible sales opportunities that may arise from incoming calls, converting to an order or qualified sales lead
- Liaise with Production to clarify delivery timelines
- Assist with the Quarterly Stock Take process

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, previous experience in a B2B environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate
