- $38.61 p/hr - Weekly Pay
Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
Tip Top Bakery in Dandenong is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Production team.
This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Roster - 6 Week Night Shift Rotating Roster With RDOs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating your team to meet production goals
- Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
- Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment
- Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
- Collaborating across departments to drive performance
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Baker & manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
- A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
