As our Managed Services Network & Security Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative network solutions that deliver real value to our clients.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in either our Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work setup.

Let's talk about you

As our Managed Services Network & Security Engineer you will possess:

• 3-5 years of experience in network engineering roles.

• Strong proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking technologies.

• Experience with Juniper, Juniper MIST, Cisco, FortiGate firewalls, and Aruba wireless.

• Preferred experience with Fortinet SDWAN products.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, NSE4 or equivalent are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

How will you support our "Why?"

• Engaging with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with client

• objectives and specifications.

• Configuring and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking equipment to meet client

• needs.

• Implementing security best practices and ensure network integrity, providing recommendations to clients for enhancing their network security posture.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise network performance and reliability.

• Providing ongoing technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service offerings and provide proactive recommendations to clients
