We are a leader in the tiling fix and supply industry who focus on new construction residential projects. We are looking for a full-time, reliable, and well-organised Tiling Supervisor to manage our South Coast region. Would suit someone living in the area between Nowra and Batemans Bay.

Duties include:

  • Management and organisation of staff and sub-contractors
  • Project supervision
  • Responsibility for quality control and operations
  • Programming and scheduling of works
  • Allocation of labour
  • Overseeing OH&S and risk management
  • Occasional small repairs if required

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record in the tiling industry (minimum 5 years)
  • Leadership experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of standards and tolerances for tiling and waterproofing
  • An understanding of current legislation and best practice regarding workplace safety
  • Basic computer proficiency and adherence to work-related administrative procedures
  • Drivers license essential
