Baptcare, a leading provider of aged care and community services, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Partner in the Community Practice Manager, working within the Community Services team based in Tasmania.

In this crucial position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional community services to those in need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with Baptcare's mission and values, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our clients.

2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of community service professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and personal development.

3. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of a comprehensive range of community services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

To excel in this role, you must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as social work, community services, or healthcare management. Extensive experience in a leadership role within the community services sector is essential, along with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by diverse communities.
