What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting patients and managing front-desk enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Booking and managing appointments using medical software (e.g. Best Practice)
  • Processing Medicare and private billing
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general admin duties
  • Supporting doctors, nurses, and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
  • Cleaning duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, friendly manner with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Medicare and medical terminology (desirable)
  • Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice if required
