Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at an 8 Doctor practice located in a bustling shopping plaza.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in medical software programs, preferably Best Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers or those looking to gain experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Efficiently booking and rescheduling appointments
  3. Providing exceptional patient service and support to doctors and staff
  4. Managing emails and mail in a timely and accurate manner

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with medical software (Best Practice preferred)
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Availability to cover annual leave and sick leave when required
