We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant must work well within a team, however should be able to work unsupervised and unassisted, have a high level of communication skills, and be reliable and organised.

The position will involve:

· Collating information and creating new files

· matching purchase orders to quotes

· answering phones

· liasing with Builders

· Filing

· Archiving

Job Requirements:

· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and office.

· Must have experience in Microsoft Excel

· MYOB and Monday software experience Preferred but not essential

· Construction experience would be preferred but not essential
