About the role

This role calls for a strategic thinker who drives technical excellence and fosters innovation, leading our partner's engineering team to deliver high-quality products that support the company's vision. 

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams and partners across the business, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture for scalable and innovative solutions
  • Provide constructive feedback acknowledging members' strengths and weaknesses alike
  • Drive high-quality and high-velocity execution across the organization
  • Identify, assess, and optimize processes to improve efficiency
  • Prepare for strategic challenges and work with the team to provide scalable solutions

Who you are:

  • Exceptional leadership experience of at least 10 years, overseeing high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong track record in hiring and developing diverse talent
  • Experienced in managing and motivating hybrid and remote teams
  • At least 5 years experience overseeing AI/ML product development
  • Adept in delivering and maintaining B2B web applications
  • Hands-on technical capability, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
