Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager for our vibrant hotel with accommodation in Daylesford, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage day/nightly bar, gaming and kitchen operations

· Your ability to train your team in TAB, Gaming, Bar, Cellar and FOH customer service need to be exemplary.

· Lead a fantastic team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting exceptional customer service.

· Stock and inventory control and accountability for all stocktaking

· A keen eye for marketing initiatives and promotions, and following through all event handling and bookings

· Diligence in cash handling and banking

· Provide excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally

· Enforce cleanliness and standards throughout the venue

· Collaborate to identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas, and implement changes to enhance overall venue performance.

Requirements:

· Valid RSA, RSG, TAB & Keno compliance

· Proven experience in a similar role is a must.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to exceptional customer service, offering thoughtful hospitality and service that feels warm and welcoming.

· Possess a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.

· Computer literate

· Attention to detail, flexible and reliable.

· Experience in accommodation & guest services is preferred but not essential
