About Us

La Cosmetique is a leading Australian-Korean beauty retailer with 9 stores nationwide, offering premium K-Beauty brands and expert service. Following our success on the Gold Coast, we're opening a new store at Westfield Garden City and are looking for passionate Beauty Advisors and Sales Assistants to join the launch team.

The Role

You'll provide personalised beauty advice, support customers across skincare and makeup, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This is an exciting chance to be part of a new store opening and grow your career with a fast-expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skincare & makeup consultations and demos
  • Recommend products and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain stock, displays, and store presentation
  • Operate POS and assist with promotions/events
  • Work as part of a supportive team

About You

  • Retail or beauty sales experience preferred
  • Passion for beauty and K-Beauty trends
  • Confident, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays
  • Multilingual (Korean/Mandarin) a plus
