About the Role
As a Customer Success Advisor at Veneta Blinds, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Acting as a key connection point between our clients, sales team, and logistics partners, you'll handle order-related enquiries, ensure accurate processing, and help resolve any issues that arise along the way. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, loves solving problems, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate product advice and support during the order process
- Manage order-related enquiries, warranty claims, and sample requests
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate order processing
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer service processes
- Assist with general sales support and business operations as needed
- Act as first point of contact for Outside Sales appointments.
About You – Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with others
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Confident using CRM systems and digital tools (experience with marketing or order platforms a bonus)
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive energy
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying organised under pressure
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service and being part of a supportive, growing team
