  • Experience in measuring and check measuring
  • A current Drivers Licence
  • A current car licence is required for this position
  • Current police check or eligible to get police clearance
  • Candidates must either have a current police check or be eligible to obtain police clearance
  • Excellent diligence and communication skills
  • A professional approach to their work and clients

Customer Service/Administration Position

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serving customers in our showroom. Helping them to select products, colours, finishes and textures
  • Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email, Booking in quotes/installations
  • General administration/office duties such as answering the phones, responding emails, coping/scanning/printing
  • Taking payments, Data entry, General cleaning of showroom/displays
  • Ordering products, scheduling jobs, managing queries etc
  • Available to work full time hours, 7.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of the window furnishing industry (not necessary)
  • Knowledge of computers, MS Office, Multitasking skills, Good problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills, Attention to detail, Be reliable, punctual, and well presented
