WE ARE HIRING QUALIFIED: Commercial Maintenance Technicians & Painter/General Maintenance Technicians

Are you someone who shows leadership, a commitment to culture, and a desire for a long-term career within our team?

Your Role & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be based on the role you are hired for:

As a Commercial Maintenance Technician you will:

• Have broad experience in commercial property maintenance across multiple trades
• Be proficient in diagnosing and repairing general building issues such as doors, locks, and fixtures
• Be capable of carrying out patching, painting, and general cosmetic repairs
• Have experience working on commercial defits and refits
• Be confident and competent in the use of hand and power tools
• Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Understand and apply both preventative and reactive maintenance practices
• Have sound knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work procedures
• Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Possess strong communication and reporting skills
• Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)

As a Painter/General Maintenance Technician you will:

• Have proven experience in residential and commercial painting, both interior and exterior
• Possess solid knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application methods
• Be able to work safely at heights and use access equipment such as ladders and scaffolding
• Have experience with general building maintenance, including patching, plastering, and minor carpentry
• Understand and follow WHS practices in construction and maintenance environments
• Be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality finishes
• Have prior experience in a facilities or property maintenance role
• Hold a current driver's licence (mandatory)
