Are you a passionate and driven Allied Health Professional looking for a rewarding career in the personal injury sector? As we continue to grow and expand, nb&a group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team in South Australia, working within the Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance industry. You will play a key role in assessing and supporting clients as part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Your Role
Your expertise will help guide workers and employers in achieving the best outcomes, through careful evaluations and recommendations to support rehabilitation, return-to-work programs, and workplace adjustments.

You will be dynamic, able to think quickly on your feet, capable of immediately engaging with people and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Depending on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, the role may include:
- Return to Work Assessments, including Worksite Assessments/Job Analysis, ergonomic assessments
- Allied Health Assessments, including Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- Delivering Pain Education utilising Virtual Reality
- Coordinate rehabilitation services for pre-injury employers
- Complex rehab coordination and case management for seriously injured clients
- Effective coordination and management of complex return to work services
- Delivery of relevant training to clients

What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
Experience: Prior experience in the personal injury sector (Workers Compensation, CTP) is highly desirable, but not essential. We value your skills and will support you as you gain sector-specific knowledge.
Skills: Strong assessment skills, with a focus on ergonomics, ADLs and worksite evaluations. Ability to provide clear, comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Attributes: A proactive, compassionate and solution-focused attitude. A desire to help individuals achieve their best possible outcomes and a commitment to quality service.
