We are seeking a fast learning, organised, detail-oriented Program Assistant

Our programs are designed to help students learn about different cultures, expand their horizons, and grow as individuals.  We send students to countries around the world and also bring in overseas students to experience life in Australia.  WEP is committed to providing our students with the best possible experience. We have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping students succeed.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and support services for our Inbound programs.

This includes tasks such as:

  • processing student applications and paperwork from start to finish
  • processing host family applications and paperwork from start to finish
  • keeping records up to date and filing of paperwork
  • providing support to students, host families and local coordinators
  • communicating empathetically with students and their families
  • helping run orientation days

We are looking for someone who is:

  • eager and willing to learn
  • organised and detail-oriented
  • able to prioritise competing tasks
  • an excellent communicator (written and verbal skills)
  • able to manage time and complete tasks within strict timeframes and demands
  • a fast learner and good with new computer systems

Prior experience in international education or travel industry is preferred.

Please note that the position involves daily data entry and record keeping.
