We are currently looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to join our Project Management department at our offices in Sydney. We're looking for people with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoy working in a team and are detail-oriented.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for the implementation of projects, including planning and monitoring processes and tasks.
  • Accountable for client deliverables, ensuring the proper resolution of all issues related to assigned clients and verifying that they meet the required functionality.
  • Review performance tools on assigned projects, create the necessary tickets, coordinate them with the relevant departments, and ensure they are resolved correctly.
  • Responsible for training sessions with assigned clients, in collaboration with the Training team.
  • Conduct development briefings and review them with the client. Once analyzed, ensure that they meet client expectations by preparing the functional analysis in the client's language.
  • Ensure that the client is familiar with the Support tool to guarantee effective communication between the client and the Project Manager.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the status of assigned clients, including preparing reports requested by superiors.
  • Responsible for the weekly update of project reports and monitoring sheets.

    Perform daily review of emails from assigned clients.
  • Carry out a weekly review of the client's list of incorrect bookings.

    Manage client production releases and update their sites across the different environments.
