The Role
As our Dual-Company Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between teams.
You'll move between worlds in the creative storm— helping organise care rosters one moment and fine-tuning business systems the next - It's diverse. It's challenging. And it's never, ever dull.
You'll Get To:
- Streamline communication between both companies
 - Coordinate calendars, onboarding, and internal admin magic
 - Manage Xero and QuickBooks data (bonus points if you love tidy spreadsheets)
 - Help shape our social media and marketing flow
 - Grow your career in two industries at once — community care and corporate consulting
