McLean Farms, a family-owned and operated agri-business located just 20 minutes northeast of Bendigo, is seeking a Poultry Laying Shed Hand to be part of our thriving farm operation. What You'll Do:

  • Egg Collection & Grading – Assist in gathering and grading eggs with care and precision.

  • Animal Care – Help ensure the welfare of our hens by monitoring their health and wellbeing.

  • Teamwork & Support – Work alongside a friendly and dedicated team in a well-structured environment.

  • Safety & Biosecurity – Follow safety protocols to maintain a healthy and hygienic workplace.

  • Quality & Attention to Detail – Play an important role in ensuring high-quality eggs for consumers.
