ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Business Owner, the Marketing Executive will be the heartbeat behind Cybex's brand presence across Australia. From crafting scroll-stopping content to launching campaigns that spark conversation, you'll be driving Cybex's presence across digital and traditional channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, think outside the box and make a tangible impact on a premium international brand within the Australian market.

DUTIES

  • Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create engaging short-form video content using CapCut and Canva
  • Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand ambassador partnerships
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and product launch strategies with retailers and partners
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to run campaigns and events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and manage EDM campaigns

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience (consumer goods, fashion, retail, or related industry preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
  • Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms
  • Confident both behind and in front of the camera
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline desirable
