We're on the lookout for a compassionate, dedicated, and driven Finance Officer to join our team.

What you'll do

  • Ensure invoicing, claims and payments are conducted and received in a timely manner, in line with NDIA guidelines.
  • Review and verify consistency and clarity of information with internal stakeholders prior to invoicing.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues concerning client invoices and NDIS funding effectively and proactively.

About you

  • Accounting related degree or certificate (desired).
  • Knowledge of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or can quickly acquire this knowledge (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience working with a NDIS Plan Manager (desirable).
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts, processes, and systems.
