About The Role
We're looking for a Relationship Deposits Specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for onboarding and managing client accounts, providing prudential and relationship support to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to the requirements of new and existing clients.
  • Actively manage all new Deposits client onboarding and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to understand and carry out key tasks related to deposit management, including handling moderately complex risk checks (CDD, AML/CTF, KYC), managing day-to-day operations, and efficiently directing incoming referrals.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that documentation and accounts are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Manage client reviews in line with Bank policy and procedure.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures at all times including Audit, Compliance and Business Continuity.
  • Undertake administrative work as required, including responding to telephone and branch enquiries and general liaison with clients, other service providers, branches and other stakeholders.

To be successful you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Deposits with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or within banking/ finance.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis in AML/CTF and KYC requirements.
  • A proactive approach and problem solving attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy and confident using computer systems and tools
  • Organised, proactive, and a great team player
