The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

  • Prepare 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
  • Operate and program 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
  • Perform G-code programming for CNC machines.
  • Utilize CAM software effectively.
  • Conduct quality control and assurance duties.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, buffer, and finished goods.
  • Plan and schedule production activities.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
