Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant/Floor Supervisor to oversee all aspects of a restaurant's daily operations and lead our front-of-house team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee, supervise and coordinate restaurant daily operations, ensuring smooth functionality

· Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff and hosts.

· Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists.

· Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

· Assist in inventory management and stock ordering.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Support the restaurant manager in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· At least relevant Certificate IV or equivalent.

· Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

· Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

· RSA certification and legal right to work in Australia.
