Are you an organised, people-loving multitasker who thrives in a busy environment?

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our friendly team at Summit Fertilizers Albany Depot.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering competitive pay rates, on-the-job training, and the chance to work with a great bunch of people supporting WA's farming community.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same You'll:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers — answering calls, booking appointments, and entering orders.
  • Keep things running smoothly by coordinating dispatch and working with our yard and operations team.
  • Process payments, confirm funds, and sort out any order queries.
  • Get paperwork and permits sorted so trucks can roll out on time.
  • Let customers know when their orders are ready and make sure everything adds up at the end of the day.
  • Help with stock transfers, timesheets, and general admin to keep the depot humming.

Who We're Looking For

  • You're friendly, reliable, and love helping people.
  • You're organised and great at juggling tasks (and maybe a few phone calls at once).
  • You're comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or admin is a bonus — but we'll provide full training
