**Carco** have an exciting career opportunity for a** Deal Processor/ Licensing Clerk **to join our vibrant collaborative team. Carco is part of the expanding Midland City Hub consisting of dealerships for multiple brands. We even have our own Café

In this role your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for all our vehicles at Carco. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers. It’s a fast paced and interesting role and we are willing to provide full training for the right person. If you are willing to learn, reliable have great attention to detail and know how to use your initiative this is the job for you

**ROLE**
- Deal Processing for Vehicles
- Support Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
- Vehicle licensing and Deal Costings
- Archive and File Paperwork
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

**YOU**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills orally & written.
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- ** Must have a drivers license**
