About your new Role: 

This role plays a critical role within the Brighter Super Stakeholder Team by building and enhancing relationships that contribute to Fund growth and member retention:

  • Develop and executive the B2B relationship management strategy and operational plan.
  • Capture insights within Salesforce and analyse data.
  • Identify opportunities within employer entities, and their adjacent industries and partners, to build new relationships for Brighter Super.
  • Represent Brighter Super at senior-level forums and industry events.
  • Identify and escalate risks, feedback, or issues

About You: 

You are a recognised Salesforce guru who thrives on analysing data.  You will also be someone who enjoys building relationships and have the ability to work a room at an event:

  • Sales Force experience, analysing data.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing leads in a highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management, negotiation and promotional skills, particularly at executive level (exposure to and existing relationships in Local Government or energy sectors is advantageous)
