HealthWISE is seeking a bright and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Narrabri. In this role, you'll provide essential front desk and administrative support, ensuring our clients, staff, and visitors receive excellent service.

About the Role:

  • Provide front desk reception and customer service to clients and visitors
  • Support staff and clinics with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and appointment bookings
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry using clinical systems
  • Assist with fleet, supplies, and office coordination tasks

About You:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Previous admin experience (desirable, but not essential)
