● You foster an inclusive, welcoming environment and connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
● You're approachable, grounded, and have a great sense of humour—while also delivering clinically sound assessments and formulations.
● Your communication style is warm, natural, and engaging.
About Us
For over 15 years, we've been known as one of Brisbane's leading psychology practices. Our strong reputation within the community and broad referral networks consistently brings new clients to our doors. We're a supportive team of compassionate, like-minded professionals (with the occasional therapy dog) who value collaboration, connection, and holistic care.
What our team says about working here
As part of our continual improvement as a practice, we seek feedback and input from our team. Below is some feedback from our clinicians:
The practice offers a welcoming and supportive team environment. It values PD and provides in-house supervision. Although working in private practice can be isolating, PCWC prioritises regular times for the team to meet for PD, meetings and social outings. The Clinical Director is available and prioritises regular times to catch up with all clinicians. The admin staff are approachable, accessible and incredibly attentive.
