The Role

You'll take the lead on integrated marketing across retail and app channels, from global GTM launches to tactical seasonal campaigns, driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement in key markets across AU, NZ, the UK, the US, and Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deliver quarterly marketing plans focused on growth, acquisition, and retention.
  • Own the GTM strategy for launches, promotions, and app activation campaigns.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, influencer, email, OOH, and retail.
  • Partner with creative and media teams to amplify brand visibility and trust.
  • Drive commercial performance across Shopify, Amazon, and retail partners.
  • Use data and insights to optimise performance and report on real results.
  • Collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to align new features and offers.
  • Mentor and inspire a small, talented marketing team and agency partners.


What You'll Bring
