About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Engagement Partner to join our Sydney corporate team. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves and working directly with our offices to bring local marketing to life. You'll be the connector between national strategy and local execution, making sure our brand shows up consistently and effectively in every market.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with offices across NSW to plan and deliver local marketing initiatives.
  • Tailor national campaigns for local relevance while keeping the brand sharp.
  • Provide hands-on support for events, sponsorships, and activations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for offices needing help with marketing tools, products, and platforms.
  • Guide offices on building and running effective social media strategies.
  • Track office marketing performance, set measurable goals, and share success stories across the network.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable travelling regularly across New South Wales.
  • Real estate industry experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • HubSpot experience (advantageous but not essential).
