For too many Australians, finance is like another language, filled with complexity and confusion. We can't do it alone And that's where you come in, as a GM Operations and AI your role is to work with our internal teams to drive operational process efficiencies + lead our efforts to incorporate AI into our Day to Day to improve tomorrows processes.

Skills & Experience

  • A Customer First approach, a passion for helping customers, and a positive attitude to learning.
  • 4+ years of operations experience, with experience optimising processes ideally from multiple disciplines.
  • 4+ years of data analytics incorporating both external data (public available, supplied and research generated) and internal (including comparative and historical).
  • Experience managing, leading teams and developing individuals.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
  • Clear understanding of financial products features, fees and performance for customers.
  • Exceptional Compliance History and Standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A can do attitude, and a bias to action.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems (including multiple AI models in their everyday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-first philosophy by consistently prioritising customer needs in all operational and strategic decisions.
  • Optimise operational processes across multiple business disciplines to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Apply advanced data analytics methods to leverage internal and external data for strategic insights, including market research and comparative performance analysis.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial services sector, financial products, fee structures, and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee the implementation and improvement of technology solutions and systems to support business goals and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate customer feedback, market trends and data-driven strategies into operational plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product automation using AI and emerging technologies.
