HR Business Partner Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team to drive operational and strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with leaders to provide expert guidance on employment conditions, agreements, and policies, ensuring consistency across the business.

You will work closely with the HRM to develop workforce planning strategies that drive performance and succession management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee retention, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Over the next two years, we will be investing in various HR initiatives, which will see this role taking on projects once you have settled in. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.

Day-to-day, you will work autonomously with support as needed from the National HRM and HR Director. Our team of 10 has a strong rapport, and we work collaboratively to deliver projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a mix of corporate GMs and hands-on managers.

We are seeking a solutions-focused individual who can provide coaching and mentoring to our leaders, helping them gain confidence and knowledge. If you are passionate about delivering high-level HR outcomes and enjoy working on key projects, this role may be ideal for you.

Key qualifications for this position include experience at an HR partner level, qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related fields, experience with mentoring/coaching GMs and leaders, and exposure to learning and development and organizational development functions.
