Job Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and manage customer needs, develop and present solutions, and help sales secure orders;

  2. Train customers on product technical knowledge to help them quickly familiarize themselves with product solutions;

  3. Resolve daily customer technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction;

  4. Maintain customer relationships and support further sales expansion.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering field such as computer science, electronics, or communications;

  2. English must be a working language;

  3. Possess strong comprehension and analytical skills, be sensitive to problems, and have a strong ability to work under pressure;

  4. Possess strong customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
