For over 20 years, the ANL & CMA CGM Graduate and Co-Op Program has launched the careers of talented graduates across the Oceania region. Our program offers a unique mix of real-world experience, mentoring, and development, helping you build both the technical and professional skills to thrive in a fast-paced global industry.

During the 12-month program, you'll:

  • Rotate across key business areas to build broad, hands-on experience.

  • Be supported by a dedicated program coordinator and an encouraging team environment.

About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations - Oceania, the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Actively participate in Liner Operations activities, while learning the various disciplines and necessary tasks that collectively ensure an effective operational outcome for the Lines
  • Apply your skills and learnings from university and enhance your understanding of the practical elements
  • Operation department specific calculations, report analysis and distribution

About you

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in
    Business, Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain and Logistics or a related discipline.
  • You're an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
  • You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
  • You're highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Eligibility: You must have full working rights to live and work in Australia for the entire program duration. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship and remote work from overseas are not available.
