Regional Procurement, a division of Arrow Collaborative Services Ltd (located in Thornton), is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Contract and Administration Trainee. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, complete a nationally recognised qualification, and contribute to a business that supports local government across NSW.

About the Role

As our new trainee, you will be supported to complete a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration while learning the ropes of contract management, tender administration, and office support. You will work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about mentoring and helping you succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Eligible to complete a NSW traineeship at a Cert III or possibly Cert IV level: Be an Australian citizen, live in NSW, be at least over 15 years of age and finishing or no longer in school.
  • A current NSW driver's licence (highly desirable)
  • A current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
