Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or sports-related conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with referring healthcare professionals and other allied health teams.

Provide patient education to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.

Leadership and Mentorship (For Senior Exercise Physiologists):

Provide guidance and mentorship to new grads and support staff.

Lead team meetings and clinical case discussions.

Contribute to professional development programs within the clinic.

Clinic Development (For Senior Exercise Physiologists):

Assist in the implementation of new services or treatment techniques.

Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the clinic.

Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiologists (or equivalent).

Current registration with ESSA.

Attributes:

Interest or experience in musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation.

A commitment to client-centered care aligned with our values.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years of work experience for Senior Exercise Physiologists role
