Your Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brand Manager to join our Protective Coatings team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement insight-led, long- and short-term marketing strategies that drive growth across the Protective Coatings portfolio. You'll work closely with Business Development Executives and external customers to shape sales and training tools, communication platforms, product offerings, and new product development initiatives that meet key business goals.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project and stakeholder management skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a genuine passion for delivering marketing excellence in a technical, B2B setting. You will be part of a supportive and well-structured team that values clear communication and effective execution to advance the company's growth aspirations.

- Develop and execute cohesive, long-term marketing strategies to deliver sales growth through effective portfolio management
- Lead flawless brand and communication activation across stakeholders and customers
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize spend effectiveness aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation launches, customer engagement, and mutual brand growth
- Monitor and analyze competitive environment to inform strategic marketing decisions

Skills & Experience
- Formal marketing qualification or equivalent experience, preferably with solid experience in B2B marketing within industrial or trade sectors.
- Proven track record managing product and brand portfolios that deliver growth targets in a technical environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in matrix structures
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen and insight-driven marketing approach
