  • Business Analyst with 8-10+ years experienced in Identity and Access Management / IAM / IDAM experience –CyberArk, PAM
  • Elicit business and system requirements using various techniques such as requirements workshops, interviews, surveys, process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, document analysis, and workflow analysis. Cybersecurity Identity and Access management experience is a must.
  • Convert Business requirements into detailed Technical requirements (DBRS), Develop Requirement traceability matrix (RTM) and Test cases.
  • Active collaboration through JAD sessions (Joint Application Development)
  • Develop As-is and To-be process and technical flows. Tools : Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO and flow charts
  • Proven experience on Identity Governance, and Segregation of Duties and Role based access control
  • Working hands on experience with database and SQL queries to query different databases
  • Proven experience in supporting large identity management projects with diverse departmental structures and geographically distributed workforce
  • Proven experience working with identity and access management tools, enterprise directory technology stack
  • Ability to quickly understand client's internal information security policies & standards, authority/approval constructs related to identity and access management
  • Well versed with Agile processes / Methodology : EPIC, user story management, documentation – Tools : JIRA, Confluence
