**About the role**:
The Cyber, Risk & Governance teams' purpose is to protect Ampol Group's reputation and social license to operate by enhancing our cyber resilience. We support Ampol Group in achieving its business goals by managing cyber and IT risks effectively and pragmatically and by adopting a proactive approach, we enable business value rather than being a barrier. Through early detection and response to cyber events, we mitigate risks and deliver business value in the face of everchanging technologies and strategic opportunities. Additionally, we build trust for Ampol with our customers through the delivery of more secure solutions.
The IDAM Governance & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective IAM governance and comprehensive reporting. In this role, you'll monitor compliance, analyse access data, and generate reports to support decision-making and enhance security.
**You'll take us further by**:
- Develop and enforce IAM governance policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to maintain appropriate controls. Generate and analyse lAM activity reports to identify trends and improvements.
- Monitor IAM processes for compliance and address non-compliance issues promptly.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in investigating and reporting IAM-related security incidents, providing insights to prevent future incidents
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM governance with organizational goals.
- Maintain documentation of IAM processes and deliver training programs on IAM governance and compliance.
**We'd love it if you have**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across IT, Security, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and governance frameworks (RBAC, ABAC, Segregation of Duties, least privilege).
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics to track IAM metrics and compliance posture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate anomalies and recommend remediation.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency data analysis and querying and validating identity/access data within identity platforms and connected systems.
- Understanding of cloud identity governance
- Strong reporting and documentation skills to support audits, compliance reviews, and governance processes.
