Job Summary:
This internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical work experience aligned with their area of study while completing their degree. Interns will contribute to real-world projects and develop professional skills in a supportive team environment.

December- February
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to Cubic's organisational objectives by supporting a variety of projects.
- Complete assigned tasks under the guidance of a supervisor, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in training administration activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
- Attend team meetings and contribute where appropriate.
- Build positive working relationships with team members by sharing information, knowledge, and skills.
- Actively participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Identify areas for technical and personal growth in consultation with a supervisor, and address skill gaps through on-the-job training.
- Assist team members in achieving team goals and deliverables.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Comply with Cubic's Quality Management System
- Comply with Cubic Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
- Comply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisations
- Comply with Cubic Human Resources Procedures
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Undertaking (3rd year minimum) or recently completed a relevant Undergraduate degree
Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Interest in training, education, or organisational development
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Personal Qualities
- Committed to ongoing learning and development
- Able to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames
- Willing to ask for help and guidance
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and confident
- Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
